Sheila Alide heads our non-contentious department and deals with legal due diligence, regulator and compliance matters, review, drafting and negotiating contracts and various agreements, land transfers, company incorporation, registrations with the Reserve Bank of Malawi, Exchange Control Approvals, business registration, setting up trusts, and handling probate matters as well as advising on and preparing wills.
